Inclusive Leadership Programme

The inclusive leadership programe aimed to increase representation of learning disabled people as future leaders and change makers in the arts . This project will enabled adults with learning disabilities to gain the skills and confidence to co-deliver creative workshops and take the role of workshop leader. During the programme we supported participants to identify their own leadership development goals and work practically on leading within creative settings. As a result of this activity each partcipant was given the opportunity to co-deliver an online creative workshop for young disabled people in Hammersmith and Fulham.

This project was delivered in partnership with Lifesize CIC and HF Mencap and was supported by the National Lottery Comminty Fund.
