José
José is a painter who constructs bold, abstract worlds using shape, pattern, and colour. Working primarily with acrylic on canvas, he carefully layers large blocks of colour, thoughtfully reworking his compositions to reflect new ideas and perspectives. His paintings invite viewers into imagined spaces where form and feeling take centre stage. José’s work is influenced by his love of music—particularly the intensity and energy of Slipknot—which often informs the mood and rhythm of his pieces. He first joined TNG during lockdown, connecting with the group over Zoom, and has since become a regular contributor to our creative community.
