Tara
Tara is an expressive and colourful artist whose distinctive style has developed since she began drawing during lockdown. She works with printmaking, coloured pencils, and oil pastels to create vibrant pieces full of energy and character. Tara’s artwork often features her favourite subjects—flowers and aeroplanes—brought to life with bold colour and playful composition. Her sense of humour shines through each piece,reflecting her joyful approach to art. She also finds inspiration in television, especially Murder, She Wrote, which occasionally sneaks into her creative themes. A long-standing member of New Ground, Tara is both a talented visual artist and an enthusiastic choir member. Outside of the studio, she enjoys reading, indulging in posh meals with her family, and treating herself to chocolate cake.
