This New Ground is an ambitious initiative with hubs in Hammersmith and Fulham and the City of Portsmouth that seeks to elevate the artistic voices and talents of people a with learning disability.

Our aim is to remove barriers and increase access for people with a learning disability to lead, make and participate in the arts.
